Week Two: Space Journey

Space Ships!

Then they each took turns in our space ship!

This week's theme: Space Journey

prompted the creation of a huge rocketship

which the kids signed and decorated and "flew in"

under leaderships of Captain Nicolas and

Co-commander, Colin.

Here is the other "alien" who came to visit the kids this week!

Dancing to the VBS (Vacation Bible School) tunes from a

week/CD entitled "Galatic Blast Off!"

Maddie and Nick and her other "assistant",

Madison, all attended a week of VBS recently

and lead the kids in some rousing song and dance about God's Love in Jesus.

Week One: Safari Time!

Maddies does game time and songs in a circle at the beginning and ending of each day.
She is so fun! I love seeing her creativity and hearing the kids singing and playing and having fun! Kids' camp is one of the most fun parts of our summer!

Nick is our "lunch-n-laughs" kid and does shows where he squirts himself in the eye with a water gun or trips and falls often; the kids giggle and giggle...

Circle time to start and end the camps; lots of fun!!

We are still planning one family week-long vacation and one of the later weeks this summer might get cancelled (for the camp). We'll let you know.
